Provided under Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to players of the Rust Italia server and visitors of this website. Last updated: 22 October 2026.
Data controller
The data controller is the Rust Italia staff, who run the [EU] Rust Italia game server and the website rust-italia.it. Requests about data protection can be sent by opening a ticket on the official Discord server. The controller replies within 30 days of the request.

Data published on the website
The leaderboards show the nickname and game results. SteamIDs, IP addresses, base positions, playing times and last-seen times
are never published. Unless the player chooses !reveal, these stay anonymous: teams on the raid pages (codename),
killers and victims in the latest kills, the victims of the longest kills and the hours-played board.
More details in the guide The website and privacy.
Recipients
Data is processed on servers run directly by the controller and is not sold or disclosed to third parties. Valve (Steam), Facepunch Studios (Rust) and Easy Anti-Cheat process game-related data as independent controllers, under their own privacy notices. Messages sent through Discord are also processed by Discord Inc., an independent controller.
