House rules
A few rules, clear and the same for everyone, from the first to the last day of the wipe. In game: !rules.
Raids only in the raid window
Raiding is allowed every day from 10:00 to 02:00 (Italian time). Outside that window the server cancels damage to bases by itself, so there is nothing to try: sleep, farm or build.
Guide: Raid hours →Griefing: tolerated, not loved
Sealing, blocking or taking over someone else's base is tolerated but strongly discouraged. If the owner is locked out of their own base, the staff can give it back. Night-time builds next to other people's bases are not protected: see the raid guide.
Guide: Raid hours →Respect for everyone
No racist or discriminatory insults, no harassment, in chat or in voice. You can fight over loot, not over someone's origin or identity. Admins step in.
Cheating = permanent ban
EAC is active and every fight is recorded. Cheaters are banned forever, with no second chances and no negotiation. Suspect someone? Report it with a ticket on Discord, with name and time.
Guide: Fair play →Teams of up to 4
Solo, duo, trio or quad: the server will not let a fifth player into the team. No exceptions, not even if the fifth one is your cousin and brings the sulfur 😄
Guide: Teams of 4 →Support only through tickets
For any problem, open a ticket on Discord: everything stays in writing and nothing gets lost. From the game you get there in three steps:
- 1Press Esc
- 2Open the Session tab
- 3Click External Website
Our Discord opens: go to the support channel and open a ticket. Outside the game the invite link is enough; you also find it in the menu and by typing
Guide: Support and Discord →!discordin chat.
The staff can also act on behaviour not listed here that ruins the game for others. Not sure? Better a ticket before than an explanation after.
