Got a problem? There is a ticket
For any problem, report or request, the staff answers through the tickets on our Discord.
In short
- Open a ticket on Discord.
- From the game: Esc → Session → External Website.
- Base blocked by a griefer? Write to us.
How to open a ticket
Join the Rust Italia Discord and open a ticket in the support channel. From the game you get there in three steps:
- 1Press Esc
- 2Open the Session tab
- 3Click External Website
In chat, !discord gives you the link.
Tell us right away what happened, when and where (the map grid helps). The more details you give us, the sooner we solve it.
Typical cases
- You are locked out of your own base by a griefer: the staff can give it back.
- You suspect a cheater: name, time and clip.
- You found a bug on the server or the website: tell us how to reproduce it.
